An Elegant Flat situated on the ground floor in an old Portuguese house, a quiet cobbleston street in Tavira's historical centre. The Flat is located just minutes away from the ferry that takes you to the pristine beaches of Tavira Island.

Tavira is a lovely and charming old Portuguese town. Set on either side of the meandering Rio Gilao. You can get lost in the history and the sights.
The ruins of a hilltop castle, an old Roman bridge and a smattering of Gothic and Renaissance churches are among its historic attractions.
Not to forget an enticing assortment of resturants.
Also close to supermarket Pingo Dose.

If golf is your thing, Benamore is 7 min away and Quinta da Ria/Cima is 12 min away by car.

And for all wine lovers, the sky is the limit, please ask me and I will tell you some nice place to go for tasting.

Wake up and walk the street, enjoy a coffe and a pastel de nate, take the ferry over to Tavira Island... soak up the sun.

Tavira is a walking town.
To explore the surroundings, hiring a bike is perfect. Renting a car, or using an Uber/taxi is a great way to go. It will allow you to access many remote beaches and traditional villages that have little or no public transport options.
Local train will get you to all the main citys from Vila Real de Santo António VRSA to Lagos. You can bring the bike on the train.

Spannish boarder with the town of Ayamonte is only 30km away, remember you will lose one hour when you cross the boarder.

If you come by car the parking is free on most streets. If you not find a free spot the fee is affordable.

I am a modern and light-filled apartment, newly built, located just a few minutes from the centre of Tavira. I consider myself the perfect refuge for those who want to be close to everything, but still enjoy the serenity and comfort that I can provide.

I was thought out in detail to welcome those who appreciate the balance between elegance and simplicity. I have two spacious bedrooms, bathed in the natural light of the Algarve, ready to receive families, friends or couples who value space and tranquillity. Each room was designed to provide rest and well-being — with comfortable beds, modern details and an atmosphere that invites you to relax.

My soul, however, reveals itself on the terrace. From it, you can admire the blue of the sea and the authentic beauty of Tavira, with its typical rooftops and the gentle breeze that visits me every day. It is the ideal place to savour a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset, while the city rests down below.

In my fully equipped kitchen, I invite you to share moments with those you love most — whether it's to prepare a light dinner or to gather around the table with good conversations and laughter.

I am modern, yes, but also welcoming. I have air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi and a television for anyone who wants to slow down and feel at home.
